Morgan Wallen Owns Crown for 2021’s Best-Selling Album Even After Getting Cancelled By Woke mob

Country star Morgan Wallen recently thanked his fans for supporting him during a turbulent 2021 that saw him cancelled by the woke mob and social media platforms after an alleged footage of him saying “ni**a” was leaked online.

According to Breitbart News , Wallen was removed from all platforms in February following the release of the recording by Wallen during a drunken night with friends.

Cumulus Media removed Wallen’s music from its stations, and the company demanded that all 400 of them follow their lead and remove him from their playlists.

Wallen later apologized. Wallen was also disqualified to play at the Country Music Awards. He was then sent on a “reeducation” tour to correct his thinking, as his critics wanted him to disappear.

Despite almost being kicked out of the country music scene, Wallen outperformed the likes of Adele and Drake by becoming the best-selling album of 2021. On his IG page, he stated:

“I could write a book on 2021. And I probably will one day. But for now, I wanna say thank you. Thank you to everyone who believed in me and continued to believe in me, even when it wasn’t the popular thing to do. Thank you to my family, my band, my friends, and my fans for having my back and sticking up for me when so many were coming for me. I hope my heart has shown through the noise.

I go into 2022 feeling inspired and free. Inspired to create from the heart and free to share those creations with you guys. I’m so proud of how far we’ve come together. I still feel like this is just the beginning.

God bless y’all let’s crush this year.”

Wallen isn’t sure how much scandal he still holds onto. In just two weeks, a music video featuring him and Chicago rapper Lil Durk has surpassed seven million views on YouTube. The No. 1 hit, “Broadway Girls”, was released by Lil Durk. The song, “Broadway Girls,” reached the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts. Wallen now wants to work with Kendrick Lamar, a rap superstar.

He announced in November that a schedule of dates was being planned for his nearly eight-month-long headlining tour, which will take him to 46 cities across the country. The shows are selling quickly.

According to Variety, the tour begins February 3rd in Evansville, Indiana and ends Sept. 24th at L.A.’s Staples Center. There are also stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden on February 9th and Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena March 17.
